To submit the registration form by MAIL: Include your check, money order, or purchase order with your form. (Make checks payable to Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey.) Mail to: Rutgers OCPE, Attn: Registration Dept, 102 Ryders Ln, New Brunswick, NJ 08901-8519.
To submit the registration form by FAX: Fax your form and copy of your payment (check, money order, or purchase order) to 732-932-8726. Original payment must be mailed.
