  • The application fee is non-refundable.

  • The registration fee covers any required course materials and additional online resources. There are no required textbooks; however, a recommended reading list will be provided to registrants with a welcome packet sent out in the spring.

  • Registrants who withdraw before May 1, will be refunded the full registration fee, less the application fee.

English Language Proficiency: Students are expected to be able to read, write, speak, and understand spoken English at a fluent level in order to register for EPH. If English is not your first language and/or you are uncertain of your English proficiency, we highly recommend that you take an English Proficiency Test. Please refer to the Rutgers' English Proficiency Requirements to check that your English skills will be strong enough to support you during EPH. If you have any questions about your English proficiency, please contact Amy Cook at 848-932-7649 or
