Payment Policy: All students must have prearranged for payment to be admitted to the class. The deadline to submit the full payment is May 15 or when the course has filled to capacity, whichever comes first.

Fees:

  • The application fee is non-refundable.

  • The registration fee covers any meals provided, two binders of course materials, and additional online resources. There are no required textbooks; however, a recommended reading list will be provided to registrants with a welcome packet sent out in the spring.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Registrants who wish to withdraw from the course must do so in writing (via e-mail is acceptable).

  • Registrants who withdraw before May 1, will be refunded the full registration fee, less the $40 application fee.

  • Registrants who withdraw on or after May 1 must withdraw at least (5) five full working days before EPH begins. They will receive a full refund, less the $40 application fee and less a $300 materials fee. If OCPE is not notified in writing at least five working days prior to the start of class, registrants will be responsible for the full fee.

Accommodations for Individuals with Disabilities: If you require special assistance, please notify our office when you register or no less than one week before the course starts. Every effort will be made to accommodate reasonable requests.

Attendance Policy: Students must attend a minimum of 90% (no more than 3.5 days absent) for the duration of the course. Students who attend less than 90% of class sessions will receive a failing grade for the course. Attendance is documented through morning and afternoon sign-in sheets each day.
