Health Literacy Employee Training Program

Health literacy is the ability to obtain, process, and understand basic health information needed to make informed healthcare decisions. This two-minute preview gives you a taste of what you'll learn in our health literacy course, which provides health care professionals with tools to improve health outcomes, reduce hospital readmissions and ensure patient safety. When information about health care services and options is delivered to patients in a way that they can understand, it is beneficial to patients' overall health, longevity, and quality of life.
