Jim Neary has twenty-five years of experience as an organizational development professional. He has extensive experience providing workplace training on leadership development, team building, interpersonal skills, coaching, and customer service, along with implementing recognition and wellness programs.

Jim has held positions with AT&T, Bloomberg, IMI Systems, Rutgers University, and Cooper University Hospital, working both in the United States and abroad. By providing organizational development and management training at all levels of an organization, he has helped companies embrace change and create a stimulating, performance-based environment focused on respect, collaboration and constructive problem solving. Jim's educational background includes a degree in Sociology from Trenton State College.
