Corporate Trainer Dan Sell

Battle of Gettysburg: A Business Case Study in Leadership, Organizational and Management Practices

In this program, instructor Dan Sell shows how the different leadership, cultural and operating philosophies of two historical adversaries impacted each respective organization -- and how these lessons can be applied to the organizational and leadership structures of businesses today. A history lesson serves as the basis for discussions and group exercises on leadership, communication, organizational dynamics, and management practices. The content of this workshop can be tailored to a 2-hour, 4-hour, or 8-hour presentation focused on specific challenges to meet the needs of your organization.
