About the Instructor: Bill Marrone
Bill Marrone is an organizational development and training professional versed in facilitation, presentation, and instructional design skills. Bill has been teaching courses through OCPE since 2008. He designs and delivers soft skills education programs for organizations in a wide range of industries, including health care, social services, banking, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and food.
Bill's educational background includes an Education Specialist degree, a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian, all from Rutgers University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Therapy from Montclair State University and is certified as an InsideOut coach and performance management advisor.
Through his role at Destiny Training Partners, LLC, Bill provides supervisory and leadership development programs targeted to develop and enhance the skills and competencies of front-line management teams. Bill also works as a Performance Management Specialist at Hackensack University Medical Center, where he provides learning and development programs for both leadership and staff and conducts organizational development activities to address team performance issues.
Bill has prior experience as an instructor in the Rutgers University Writing Program Extension, where he delivered technical writing workshops to professionals in business and industry. He is a current member of the Association for Talent Development and a former member of the NJ Society for Healthcare Education and Training. |
