Effective presentation skills are needed to sell products, services, and ideas. This interactive half-day workshop will assist participants in polishing and refreshing presentation skills. Attendees will sharpen the skills necessary to deliver a presentation to meet the audience's needs.
From presentations to Senior Management and potential clients, to presenting points of view, this program will refresh and refine the skills needed to present ideas with conviction, control, and poise. Participants will hone the use of both verbal and nonverbal messages, practice nonverbal impact skills, reduce nervousness, engage the attention of the listeners, and make their content clearer and more memorable.
About the Instructor: Stan Elson
Stan Elson has designed and delivered management, soft skills, customer service, sales, and technical training programs for over twenty years and has been teaching courses for through OCPE since 2007. His courses are creative, interactive, and focused on producing business results in a number of different industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and financial services.
Stan's education background includes a Master's Degree in Vocational Counseling from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Brooklyn College. In addition, he has earned the following professional certifications: Performance Consulting, Executive Presentation Skills, Facilitation Skills, Synchronous (On-Line) Designer and Synchronous Facilitation, and Appointment Making and Telephone Techniques.
