You want to think that you are delivering quality service to your constituents – who are your customers – but are you really? What is quality? Most experts will tell you that it is the difference between your level of expectation - and what you actually get. They know what they want/need, you know what you can deliver – how can everyone be happy? This new half-day program will help you on the road to an operation that is beneficial and helpful to those who you need to serve and workable and efficient for those "in the trenches!"

Specific topics will include:

  • What are your constituent's (customer's) top "pain points?"
  • What challenges do you face in dealing with them – and vice versa?
  • How to focus services/efforts/resources on their issues – and how to communicate to reach them
  • Empowering employees to create an atmosphere of "I Care"

In addition to 0.3 Rutgers CEUs, this time management course has been approved for the following credits:

NJ Certified Recycling Professionals (CRPs): 3 Recertification credits
