·         Do you know that the employer shall provide training to ensure
that the purpose and function of the energy control program are understood
by all employees?

·         Do you know that all new equipment installed after 1/2/90 must be
designed to accept lockout of its energy-isolating device

·         Do you know that 95% of all lock/tag out citations involve the
failure to have a forma energy control program in place?
