Description
This course is designed to go beyond the basics to introduce attendees to the more complex (and challenging) symbols, logic and layout of electrical diagrams, schematics and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs). Learn what you need to properly interpret these diagrams and how to design and modify them. Topics will include:

Symbols used on analog and digital logic drawings

Various symbols relating to control action

Locating systems that are controlled by programmable logic controllers (PLC's)

Complex electrical control layouts

(.06 CEU’s / 6 TCHs for water and wastewater)

Water TCHs cover the following licenses:
T, W and VSWS

Wastewater TCHs cover the following licenses:
S, C, N, NS, CN and NN
