Description

This electrical training course will present the theory of control operation and the proper techniques for diagramming motor control circuits. Once you are familiar with the basic circuit, our electrical training instructor will teach you how to apply these theories to more complex systems so that you can quickly troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Topics covered in this Motor Control Circuits course will include:

  • Basic control circuit and holding circuit wiring
  • Permissive circuits and light indication wiring
  • Time interface circuits
  • Electrical interlock interfacing circuits and timers

Box lunches will be available for pre-registered attendees only. Please make your sandwich selection when registering: chicken salad, tuna salad, honey turkey & Swiss, roast beef, or eggplant fresco (vegetarian).

COVID-19 Mask/Face Covering Policy

All students are required to wear masks or face coverings indoors in both the classroom and all public spaces (restrooms, hallways, elevators, stairwells, etc.). Masks are generally not required outdoors but may be required outdoors at the discretion of the instructor. Social distancing is recommended where possible. Masks may be removed when eating. Food is not permitted in classrooms.

Location

GPS systems may not recognize campus addresses. Even if they take you to the correct building, they will not take you to the assigned parking lot. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use the directions we provide.
