Description

This course will provide an introduction to the theory and operation of these important pieces of electrical equipment. If your facility uses them for emergency backup power or as a source of supplemental power, this course will teach you the basic information you need to operate and maintain them safely and effectively.

You will learn to:
Understand the basic operation of generators and transformers
Understand the uses and limitations of the equipment
Be able to troubleshoot problems or maintenance issues.

12 TCHs for Water and Wastewater Operators
1.2 CEUs
