Description

This two-day course covers key provisions of both the federal and state Safe Drinking Water Act regulations and also practical considerations affecting the water industry in the coming year. In addition to the new Private Well Testing Act, Surface Water Treatment Rule, pending radionuclide sampling protocols and state Revolving Fund programs, the course will provide a thorough review of existing Safe Drinking Water Act requirements. A portion of the program will address the maintenance and security of public water facilities including emergency response plans. NJDEP - BSDW personnel will be on hand to answer questions one-on-one.
