This course has been designed by the HACH Company to provide participants with an understanding of the operation and maintenance of chlorine and turbidity process analyzers. Proper calibration and verification techniques for each instrument will be discussed in lecture presentations and reinforced/practiced in a “hands-on” environment. The course presents both practice and theory, incorporating the applications of analytical techniques.
Specific topics will include:
Colorimetric and turgid metric analyzers—the differences
Calibration vs. verification and Equipment operation and maintenance techniques.
