This course is your single best opportunity to get all the information you need about NJDEP’s Site Remediation Program (SRP) — in just one day! You will get clear, complete answers to all your basic questions, including:
- What is a Preliminary Assessment?
- How do I obtain a Variance Approval?
- What can I do to achieve No Further Action at my site?
- How can I work most effectively with NJDEP’s SRP staff?
NJDEP representatives will explain the regulations and guidance documents you will need when conducting site investigations and remediation activities. You will learn how to comply with the Industrial Site Recovery Act, the Underground Storage of Hazardous Substance Act and the Spill Compensation and Control Act, and associated Administrative Consent Orders and Voluntary Cleanups.
