This two-day course will help you navigate the legal and regulatory maze that surrounds industrial and commercial site assessments and property transactions. This class is particularly relevant to practicing LSRP's.

Continuing Education Credits

The October 19, 2015 offering of this course was approved for the following credits. We will reapply for similar credits the next time the course runs, but we cannot guarantee credit approval for future offerings.

In addition to 1.2 Rutgers CEUs, this environmental training course is approved for the following credits:

NJ Health Officers and Registered Environmental Health Specialists - Rutgers University, NJAES, Office of Continuing Professional Education has been approved by the New Jersey Department of Health as a provider of NJ Public Health Continuing Education Contact Hours (CEs). Participants who complete this education program will be awarded 10.0 NJ Public Health Continuing Education Contact Hours (CEs).

NJ Professional Engineers: 12 Continuing Professional Competency Credits

NJ Continuing Legal Education: 12.6 CLEs (6.3 per day)

PA/NY Continuing Legal Education: 10.5 CLEs
