You cannot delineate a wetland without experience identifying wetland plants. If you are planning to achieve the Wetland Delineation Certificate, we require that you complete this course prior to attending the Methodology of Delineating Wetlands courses.
Plants are the most obvious clues to wetland boundaries. This two-day combination classroom and field course will teach you how to draw a wetland line by identifying a variety of upland and wetland plant species. This is a field-based course, so please dress accordingly for the outdoors.
