Hybrid teams are not new, but they are rapidly gaining popularity. Many leaders who have historically worked with office-based teams are now working with staff that span a variety of work situations. While some people are back to working full time in the office, others split the week between locations or work completely remotely. These shifts in working patterns require managers to reassess their approach to leadership.

Our 3-hour webinar is designed to help you address the challenges of this new environment and suggest strategies for transitioning to the new normal. Learn how to lead your team so you can balance empathy and flexibility while still meeting deadlines and being productive. Expert instructor Nancy Jacoby will offer tips and techniques for building a high-performing virtual team that is collaborative and focused on outcomes.

The future is centered around the work you do, not where you do it from, so join us in learning how to adapt and thrive with your hybrid team. Register today!
