Respect in the workplace is the key to a healthy and happy work environment for everyone. In this workshop, expert instructor Eveline Brownstein will identify the differences between respectful and disrespectful communication. She will then explore the obvious and hidden impacts disrespectful communication has on you, your work, and your coworkers. This workshop will discuss helpful ways to encourage and promote a respectful place of work. After just one hour, you will leave with practical ideas and proven techniques to elevate all of your workplace communications so they express respect, demonstrate consideration, and create a work environment that is inclusive and welcoming to all.
