Most people consider conflict as something bad or they try to avoid it. However, conflict is destructive only if it escalates! In fact, conflict in itself can be a powerful force for beneficial change and employee collaboration as long as conflict escalation is avoided. In this one hour program, learn how your organization can create win-win outcomes when employees reach an impasse in a resolution or problem-solving process.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Master a system of psychologically sound resolution strategies proven to work in a variety of conflict situations, helping to improve relationships, communication skills, and productivity.
  2. Understand the Conflict Escalation Scale for circumventing or surfacing hidden issues.
  3. Identify the four times you must avoid conflict.
  4. Recognize when is the ideal time to walk away from a conflict.

This online course is being delivered via Webex. It can be accessed with a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Registrants will receive a Webex link via email on November 18, 2020. You may turn on your webcam if you wish, but it is not required. Please mute your microphone upon entry.
