This one-day class focues exclusively on the major turf diseases you'll battle in the field. Rich Buckley, of the Rutgers Plant Diagnostic Lab, will teach you how to identify and control turf diseases such as Brown Patch, Summer Patch, Dollar Spot, Fairy Ring, Pythium Blight and many others! Rich Buckley's practical approach to teaching and problem-solving makes this class both essential and enjoyable. He'll discuss new products and controls, including the most current information regarding cultural, chemical, and biological techniques. Rich emphasizes an integrated pest management approach to identify and alleviate the cause of the problem, rather than repeatedly treating its symptoms.
