Are you still blaming the economy for your lackluster sales? Is it possible that YOU are the problem? Jody Shilan will explain how there's plenty of work out there – if you know how to sell it. In this one- day workshop, he'll walk you through "The 5D's to Successful Selling" – the ultimate step-by-step design/build sales process that will teach you how to not only sell installation work, but up-sell your projects for more than the original contract.

Other topics covered will include:

  • Keeping your competitors away
  • Designing an "Unbiddable Master Plan"
  • Creating a "Killer Proposal Template"
  • Performing the perfect "Kitchen Table Presentation"
  • Selling more work! Period!

Attendees will receive copies of all of the documents Jody uses to sell landscape design and design/build services.

NOTE: The concepts and system Jody teaches can be applied to selling anything. So if you want to learn how to sell, sign up today!
