Description

This class was revised in 2007 to expand the project management focus to include the key profit-and-loss and productivity topics of:Budgeting the Project, Estimating and Bidding the Project, Job Costing Strategies that No Project Manager Can Afford to Live Without, Managing Your Time and Your Crew’s on the Project, Selling the Project. Record-keeping for Success (so that your great work always contributes to the bottom line), and “Projects You’ll Never Forget” (because we often learn more from our failures than from our successes). Instructor Chris James will walk you through payment schedules, punch lists, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
