The audiences meet for cross-cutting topics such as equipment, weather forecasting, anti-icing techniques, and the legal issues involved with snow removal (learn the best ways to avoid lawsuits!) Then the Public Sector Session includes establishing best practices, designing efficient routes, and training strategies, while the Private Sector Session covers topics like pricing, marketing, contracts, and integrating snow removal with existing clients and services.
