On May 7, 2012 the NJDEP adopted rules that fully implement the Site Remediation Reform Act and allow for the transition of NJDEP to LSRP oversight of contaminated site remediation projects.
This one-day program is designed to provide an overview of the Final Rule Package. Changes to procedures, submissions and time frames will be highlighted among a broad range of featured topics.
This course will satisfy the pre-requisite course requirement in order to take the LSRP Licensing Exam OR will qualify for Continuing Education Credits. It will not count for both.
