CASE: Curriculum for Agricultural Science Education

For those of you who are flying in for the Institute, clicking these links will provide options for transportation from Newark Liberty International Airport or Philadelphia International Airport. Both are basically equidistant from the Institute site. Please be advised that you are responsible for any costs associated with travel arrangements you make on your own. Car service can be very expensive! We highly recommend you communicate directly with us and, later, other participants, to take advantage of group travel, carpooling, etc. before making your final arrangements.

Information regarding NJ Transit can be found by clicking the hyperlink. You will want to check the schedule from the Newark Airport Rail Station to the Trenton Transit Center, on the Northeast Corridor line. The trip is approximately 75 minutes, and should cost under $20. Below you will also find some links that will help you navigate getting to the train station.

Rutgers University ABP Institute will be held at the Northern Burlington County Regional School District in Columbus, New Jersey, only 3.5 miles from the hotel. CASE strongly recommends that all participants, regardless of home proximity, plan to stay in lodging provided. This aspect is important to maintain professional learning communities that are created during the course of the institute – through group homework projects and other collaborative brainstorming. Transportation is provided to/from the hotel and the classroom.
